Merry Christmas. Christmas Update
Well my goal this whole time was to have abs by Christmas. And though I can see my abs. They are hardly there. I dont know if I should call it a victory or not.
I started working with a coach again at the beginning of the month. Something I probably didnt need to do. However I was worried that I was doing harm to my body with my low calories, tons of training and cardio. Over the last month I have gone from 5 meals a day to 8. I have bounced around a bit with my weight and my body fat. But ultimately I over all feel better and while I sit here choking down meal number 4 for the day. I cant help but to think about how fat and out of shape I was this time last year and how far I have come.
